The 7th Annual Volunteer Recognition Reception at Newark Museum recognized alumni, parents and friends who serve on boards and committees, take time to call prospective students, represent the University at college fairs, organize alumni clubs, oversee regional chapters and give back by volunteering in so many meaningful ways.

During Dartmouth Reunions 2017, teen program participants were treated to a presentation by the bird specialists at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science and their feathered friends.

On June 17, 2017, Dartmouth Reunion attendees were treated to a presentation of the Emmy Award winning work of Tom Ruegger '76, who shared clips of his work for Steven Spielberg's Warner Bros. Animation including "The Animaniacs," "Freakazoid," and "Pinky and the Brain."
