We finished our meal on the ferry home.

With little to do, I amused myself with taking a portrait of Paul and myself in the window.

Outside, the now dark sea, inside, lots of reflective light, so... this is the result.

A bit of an eye teaser as I wear my watch on my left hand! LOL.

Sunsets are so different every day, there are those that are just so epic and vibrant that make them unforgettable and then there are others that are just so much more soft and reflective. This is one of those others that I was lucky enough to witness and enjoy.

I'm having a wonderful continual battle with the blackbirds over who should get most cherries. I'm not sure who's winning, I think we both have had our fair share. Who could not love such beautiful birds though, so a few cherries are a. small price to play. I've tried reflective tape and even bought a raptor kite :))) Welsh blackbirds aren't easily fooled. Take it from me is by Toots and the Mayals.
