In the beautiful surroundings of the Cetina river canyon, Radman´s mills restaurant offers a great selection of local specialties in which the variety of the surrounding landscape: the sea, mountains and the Cetina meet.

We just announced several new workshops for May & June! We'll be going to Reflection Canyon and Coyote Gulch on May 16-18. I took this shot of Reflection Canyon last spring and it really lived up to its name with crystal clear reflections! The Escalante workshops will be held on May 11-15 and June 9-13 and will focus on night photography.
You'll want to photograph the wild and vast Grand Staircase Escalante before it all changes! You've probably heard that it will be reduced in size and significant infrastructural changes have been planned for oil, gas, and mining activities. These events will undoubtedly change this uniquely beautiful landscape with increased human foot-print, light pollution, and contamination. As it is right now, the Grand Staircase has the darkest skies in the lower 48 states and is THE mecca for night photography.

I headed out to Tackyland to meet up with Tackyshack and Duane Schoon who was able to stop by on his way up to Maryland. It was certainly a great time being able to paint with some of the greats and it's always a great night of light painting when you are driving back home during sunrise.
Tacky had an idea to wade out in front of the cattails for a shot and then Schoon added in his touch in front of the bamboo patch. I really enjoy the different reflections that we were able to pull with this shot.
Straight out of the camera with a crop.

MY B&W photography :
The Camargue is a traditional French breed of working horse indigenous to the Camargue area in southern France. Its origins are unknown. For centuries, possibly thousands of years, these small horses have lived wild in the harsh environment of the Camargue marshes and wetlands of the Rhône delta, which covers part of the départements of Gard and Bouches-du-Rhône. There they developed the stamina, hardiness and agility for which they are known today. Traditionally, they live in semi-feral conditions in the marshy land of the region. The Camargue horse is the traditional mount of the gardians, the Camargue riders who herd the black Camargue bulls used for courses camarguaises in southern France. Thanks to @albertdrosphotoraphy @jabisanz and @armandsphotographie for an amazing tour, and it was wonderful to meet everyone in our group.
