I was out walking in the woods and found this pool of water reflecting the glory of the season now past.

Back in 2010

I've seen several nice wildlife photos posted by others from North Point State Park outside of Baltimore, but no such luck for me. The few herons and egrets I saw were well out of reach for my setup. I did like the reflections at this Black Marsh Natural Area pool within the park.

It had just started raining when I took this you can see the rain drops on the water.

I was taken with the bold colours and the reflection - but it is a sad statement of life that we pollute our waterways with rubbish. It wasn't until i looked on the computer that I also saw the bottle floating there.
