This spotted sandpiper, along with it's reflection, were photographed at Cypress Creek Natural Area in Jupiter, Florida. Prints, and many other items, are available with this image on my website at www.tom-claud.pixels.com. Thanks for visiting!!
Had to take a comp there with these hanging branches. Liked this transition time as well with the colors in the higher overhead clouds.

Oxburgh Hall in Norfolk taken with a Nikon d750 and Tokina 11-16mm (DX lens) and lee big stopper.
It is a truly stunning building well worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.
Done for the Macro Monday theme, "Reflections." The glass containing the sand is just 2 inches long. And, this is a bit late; I've been busy with computer stuff. Anyhow, HMM!

On a late August trip to the French Alps with BenjaminBarakat, Sadeq Hayati, and Jeremy Singer, we discovered a tranquil mountain lake that acted as a flawless mirror. Orion rose about an hour before dawn, but it wasn’t until after the end of the dark night that it aligned perfectly above the peak of Aiguille Verte.
To capture this alignment, I kept shooting well into the astronomical twilight. By then, the sky had turned a deep blue, and the growing daylight softened the contrasts. Yet, thanks to my narrowband filter, I was still able to record the vivid red hydrogen emission nebulae - visible even in the reflection.
The interplay of red and blue hues, accented by the faint yellow glow on the horizon, makes this one of my favorite images from that magical night.

Uno de los temas que más me han costado. Tenía otra idea, he probado varias veces y no me sale.
