Here's a peek at my new and improved deer plushie! I've been wanting to redesign my deer for a while now, and I had a bit of time while I was off (when I was moving from the USA back to Canada).
I'm working on restocking my Etsy shop with an assortment of these guys very soon! ^_^
Today matt learned how to use layer masks. Today is a good day. I tried to fix some of the differences in exposure that had been bothering me for a while. I think it's a lot better, but there's still work to go; at least you can see her face now. I don't really like the position of the right arm (her right) but what can you do.

i call these photos “flame haze redux”, harkening back to a series of photos i took almost a year ago with a similar idea. i love shana’s translucent hair, it looks wonderful with sunsets.

It was the 85th anniversary of the La Monica Ballroom Dance-A-Thon. In honor, the Santa Monice Pier Twilight Series hosted a return to the one of the largest ballrooms of its time - La Monica.
