Charcoal reduction is one of my favourite ways to draw, it involves coating a page with charcoal and drawing with a rubber using tone rather than line to carve out the figure. This drawing was completed in a recent life drawing class at college.
While waiting for some polenta to cool down I decided to try out the reduction I made for it on some strawberries. The result was quite tasty.
