Installation and maintenance of 2 Piece Reduced Bore Internal Threaded Ball Valve:
The installation and maintenance of three-piece internal thread reduce bore ball valve should pay attention to the following matters:
1. Leave the valve stem in a rotated position.
2. Cannot be used for throttling.
3. The ball valve with transmission shall be installed upright.
Structural features of 2 Piece Reduced Bore Internal Threaded Ball Valve:

A reduced matrix is defined as a soil matrix that has low chroma and high value, but in which the color changes in hue or chroma when exposed to air. (See Vepraskas; 1994 for a complete discussion.) This phenomenon is included in the concept of a depleted matrix.
One method to confirm reduction is by chemical response using Alpha, alpha-dipyridyl solution.
Left photo: A soil horizon, layer, or zone that is reduced in respect to iron. It has an in situ matrix chroma < 2 and/or a hue of 5GY, 5G, or 5BG that reflects the presence of Fe (II). The color of a reduced soil sample becomes visibly redder or brighter (oxidizes) when exposed to air. The color change typically occurs within 30 minutes.
Right photo: A 0.2% solution of alpha, alpha-dipyridyl dissolved in 1N ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) pH 7 can verify the presence of Fe (II) in the field (Childs, 1981). Spraying several drops on freshly exposed, uncontaminated soil material will develop a bright pink (or red) color within a few seconds if Fe (II) is present at adequate concentration levels. This reaction indicates the soil is reduced and anaerobic at the time of application at least in the area where the reaction occurred. Soil material must be at least moist (usually saturated) for positive reactions to occur. The photo on the right indicates a positive reaction to Alpha, alpha-dipyridyl . The sample is from the Bg horizon of a Chastain soil (Fluvaquentic Endoaquepts).
