These photographs were taken during the Christmas holiday season in or near Winchester, Virginia in 1995 or 1996. The mailbox reads 3904, but the actual road or street is lost in my memory. I'm not sure what was going on here but I can honestly say that I had never seen anything quite like it. Please enjoy and make your own assumptions.
*Green and Yellow Bright Mullet-y Wig* Again, one I found on sale, this time after St. Patrick's Day. Better quality Halloween style wig. While I didn't know what I would use it for when I bought it, I see a lot of potential in a Redneck Joker with it. ("Why so serious, y'all?") [ $5.00 ]
What I like is how proud Leah seems to be of being topless. She is becoming a little too aware to get away with it.
The redneck bug reppelent set up, while working on the new addition. Not pretty but it got the job done.
We sometimes find moose antlers in the bush that have been shed over the winter by moose (and we also keep the ones from the moose that we've hunted over the years) and we've found that in addition to making great garden ornamentation, the dogs also love chewing on them. Here's Abby trying out her first one.
Got a lot of notoriety when it opened and periodically a little flack, but appears to be still in business. Didn't see anyone entering or leaving but it was a quiet afternoon on the square.
While I had heard of it, I didn't realize this was the building it was in. I just thought at first it was the old movie house when I saw the marquee and walked over to take a picture.
