Can't really tell from the picture, but the sands here are completely white...nothing like NC beaches. They get their color from the quartz in the mountains of GA. Stunning.

This cake was made for a Redneck themed Halloween party. It was chocolate and caramel buttercream. I made it as gross and grubby as I could...and the feedback supported that. Yeah! :)

Tai-ke, 台客, is a word that usually means the equivalent of "hick" or "redneck" in the US. So, I bought these, wondering what "Redneck" flavored Doritos (duo-li-duo) would taste like. They're supposed to taste like a kind of shellfish sauce, I think.

Sadly, they tasted like sweat. I ate one and threw them away.

Yes, we even do redneck weddings in outback areas like Ravena, Hoags Corners and Petersburgh, NY! (This isn't one of them, but we thought we would mention it.)

Set a small stack of charcoal brickets on top of the stump to be burned below grade level to make mowing easier. So far it's looking promising, as it just might work.

Started to put together a sequence of images and videos... with music.

First try to spin up with Bobweights. This balancer is based upon the softsetup with acceleration sensors made out of little (8cm) Visaton speakers with a small metal plate glued in. The aluminum rod has magnets inserted at both end to aid easy installation.
