A bearded guy drinking beer and a couple of ratty looking kids on a homemade raft. All set for your next bath in the metal tub in the back yard!
On Sunday it´s a good day to start removing this not so good looking 90´s tribal stuff (it´s a time for everything) and add some old skool gold leaf on this Redneck Engineering chopper.

When the handle broke off on my it's-too-new-for-that-to-happen-but-it's-no-longer-under-warranty American Standard Cadet 3, a piece of string came to mind. I flushed with pride when it actually worked. Now I await the replacement part, but I may continue with the string for a while; everyone needs an ego stroke.
Bikepacking the Oregon Outback - Across the state of Oregon in the high country
Donnie from Velodirt and I rode our bikes across Oregon the hard way. Starting at the Amtrak station in Klamath Falls we struck out on the 100mi OC&E Rail Trail and then continued to head straight north to the mouth of the Deschutes River. I can honestly say it was the best bike camping trip I've ever been on. Astounding country and riding out there.
Look for Velodirt's High Country Classic race following the route in May 2014.

Excuse my ignorance, but we saw the rednecks crawl out of the woods to wait by the highway for their favorite NASCAR drivers to come by. As we were leaving the PA Welcome Center I mentioned how funny it would be if we got behind these guys, just then, as we were getting back on the highway... the trucks came. Awesome... now we could wave at all of the rednecks waiting along the road!
