Recruiting Advertising in Cooperation with the Metro Transit Provider "BSAG - Bremer Straßenbahn AG". Bremen City.

I am a permanent placement recruiter specializing in RNs for ER/Trauma and ICU units. I have been with Parallon since January 2012.

I thought that I wanted to be a Nurse; however, the sight of blood did not work out too well for me. I enjoyed being in the hospital with all the great people that show they care and work hard. People like me. So that led me to the next greatest job there is. Helping those same types of people find rewarding careers.

I have spent close to 20 years recruiting medical professionals in per diem, travel and permanent positions; winning awards, such as top recruiter and attending Presidents club functions six times. I feel that I have seen the industry change, the job market change and the candidate base change. The best thing I have done is change and grow with it.

After spending close to 12 years with my previous company I made the decision to leave. I understand that change is scary and sometime necessary to meet your needs and grow. My approach is a consultative one. I think everyone should love their job as much as I love mine.

I am married with one son. We also have two dogs, two cats, a large bird, two turtles and both fresh and saltwater fish. We are animal lovers. I also enjoy boating, being outside in the winter months, reading, and watching movies in the summer.

One of my favorite books is “The Five People You Meet in Heaven” by Mitch Albom. This book made me realize that you never know how you impact someone’s life but you do every day with everyone you encounter.

THE RECRUITING OFFICE

the PLATOON.recruiting office gives you the chance to access an international network of creative individuals with different abilities and backgrounds.

recruiting in our organization is an ongoing process enabling our members to interact at different levels with special projects taking place around the globe, some are freelance based others act on a pure cultural level, so to facilitate the production of unique content and unexpected results.

the different stages of development within the network will serve as filter to canalize members to several projects pertinent to their skill and their respective outlet into reality, so to close the gap between virtual interaction, as just another means for communication, and physical intervention.

SPECIAL FORCES

involvement and commitment, seen as active contributions in projects, which at times have no structure of retribution, will define the value of our members. this shouldn’t be understood as a hierarchical structure but as a process influencing and inspiring our Special Forces to participate in cultural projects as well as freelance based ones.

once briefed, Special Forces will be expected to execute their mission independently, showing their skill in action at its rawest and purest state.

Special Forces will be involved in the planning, organization and realization of these projects and wont´t just be invited to take part in them as consumers.

PLATOON´s network will also serve as a catalyst encouraging active participation, providing the chance to inspire more charismatic people, interact with a global community and be involved in projects developing your skills and talents.

the network will also act as pool for exchanging KNOW HOW as well as leaving behind a trace and knowledge of something new and unexpected.
