The San Antonio Recruiting Battalion debuted the Family Information & Fun Fair at its Annual Training Conference Dec. 8 at the El Tropicano Hotel. The event’s mission was to provide spouses with information and resources from 14 military and community organizations. Free toys and books were provided to battalion children through the Joint Base San Antonio School Liaison Office. The battalion thanks the following organizations for their support:
Blue Star Families, JBSA School Liaison Office, Transition Assistance Program, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Children’s Shelter, Military 1 Source, Exceptional Family Members Program, United Way, Employment Readiness, Army Family Action Plan, Financial Readiness, Family Endeavors, Family Service Association, VOICES for Children and First Command.
