"Wrecker, easy with my ship. "Your ship?"
My Midi-Scale collection expands again with this nanofig-scaled Havoc Marauder from the Bad Batch series. Despite the small size, I once again went for a full SNOT look and paid close attention to proportions of the original shuttle.
The build comes with a discrete, transparent stand to be displayed in flight mode.

Myself and @MasterBrickSeparator (on Instagram) have made a little series of Micro Star Wars Duels, some of them based on duel sets, some of our own invention, all very small and around £/€/$ to build! We’ve both shared free instructions to all of them on Rebrickable, mine are under my Micro Bespin Duel MOC, MBS’s are under his Micro Lightsaber Duels MOC, links below. We hope you like them, thanks for looking! rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-67259/ron_mcphatty/micro-bespin-.... rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-75680/MasterBrickSeparator/micro...

Here is my 1436 piece, 36cm long, proportionally accurate (hopefully, for the most part) Razor Crest.
I used Hasbro’s super detailed Haslab Razor Crest model as a reference to try and create a moc as accurate as possible and I’m quite pleased with how it’s come out.
I also designed an angled stand for it that slots in and out of the underside of the ship and it comes with detachable landing gear, fully functional side and rear doors and… a tiny little Mando and Grogu waiting inside.

Everything so far! If I’ve done my counting right (don’t hold your breath) it’s 42 starfighters, 29 freighters/gunships/transports, 10 buildings, 7 speeders, 2 walkers and a lot of micro figures.

As we are going through a sermon series at my church on 'stories', my reflection is, what are the stories we tell with the things we build?
Noah’s Ark: a color study
Two color schemes, two emphasis of the same story.
One we emphasize to our kids (Gen 7), the other we often bury in our mind (Gen 6:11).
I found my way to ReBrickable. I started to digitalise some of my MOCs, small ones first. I intend to sell building instructions for some of those, though it's really just to get something back from putting the effort in of creating those building instructions.
I'm can't get used to digital renders though, it feels as if all character is sucked out of my original design and only the empty shell remains. Perhaps it's just the quality of the render...

After many years of struggle against the elements and people full of envy, Captain Redbeard decided to settle down in Pirate Lagoon. He bought a cozy blue tenement house, located right next to the port authority building.

This was a huge project, so I first want to thank some people. Thanks to 2mpaired, creator of brickvault's ultimate star destroyer for giving me advice on stability/technic frame. Thanks to Ron_mcphatty for letting me include his Tantive IV model in the instructions, looks gorgeous! And last but not least, I want to thank Rubblemaker for making the cover! Go check all of these people out, they deserve it :)
The idea for this project was to make a semi-affordable large star destroyer model that would work as a display model, but one that also had interior sections. I hope I delivered!
Dimensions: 51cm wide, 85cm long and 34cm tall

The TIE/D Defender is an advanced experimental TIE starfighter from Sienar Fleet Systems, armed to the teeth with four laser cannons, two ion cannons, two warhead launchers, and a hyperdrive. It's know for it's agility and ferocity both in looks and performance.
This UCS-style TIE Defender is mini-fig scale and is based on the most common depictions of the defender in various sources. The model features a cockpit with controls that can seat a tie pilot. The bottom hatch opens for the restocking of missiles, maintenance, and refueling the hyperdrive. The top hatch also opens as does the front (pilot is put in through the front). The focus on accuracy and aesthetics means this is a delicate display model not for play. To the best of my knowledge, doesn't use any illegal techniques which would stress pieces.

My Midi-Scale TIE collection expands again with a new TIE starfighter: the TIE Striker from Rogue One.
Made of 730 pieces, this TIE Striker features a fully SNOT surface, a smooth cockpit section, and includes blaster cannons below the cockpit. Design-wise, this ship really felt like a natural continuation of my previous TIE Reaper MOC.
Although being almost Minifig-scaled, (hence the Midi-scale) this ship obviously doesn't have any interior due to the techniques used and small space allowed for the internal structure.
Due to the front-heavy nature of the design, a rather long (but very simple) stand had to be made in order for the ship to remain perfectly steady and horizontal.
The overall build is pleasantly sturdy for a display model and can be moved around easily.

This moc was made a few years ago and I was very happy with the result of the mechanism both in its function and in its compact appearance. Originally the upper part was steampunk-themed as you can see in the video, for this digital version I made a model of a space vehicle with the colors of Mars Mission.
Technically it consists of two left and right parts each controlled by an M engine, each part has 4 legs in a total of 8 legs that give the vehicle a good balance and good maneuverability.
