'The reason for re-uploading these deleted pictures, from 14 years ago now, was prompted by the comment that 'green' liveried class 20s, like the pair seen last week, see-

had once run on the RHTT diagrams in South Yorkshire, the last one on a regular basis, being in 2010. I have no pictures of the locos which ran in the years before that as at that time, I was living in Australia and had been since 2002. So I thought it worthwhile to pick the best of the shots from the only month they were recorded, November 2010. As mentioned above, the following years saw D.R.S. take over the workings and there was, during that time, the odd occurrence where 'green' and 'orange' liveried traction took over the workings for a short time...
The text and tags for these 26 images is as it was in 2010, with in the main brief text narrative and and a short list of tags. I see from this that no indication of the real working numbers, '3Sxx', was give nor was there any information about the origin or destination of the workings... This was of course before the days of 'Freightlocate', 'Real-Time Trains' and RailCam' usage, the latter two not coming to the fore until the years after these pictures were taken. As I recall, the expensive 'FreightMaster', in hard copy, was available and the next on offer was the very useful 'Freightlocate', a subscription service which was available on 'Smartphones' and PC Web Browsers and which illegally, it was said, issued the headcodes for all the workings and I did use this 'app' for a few years. However, the working numbers finally became available legitimately on the free, 'R.T.T.' a few years ago and that put-paid to the use of 'Freightlocate', for me anyway...

An hour and a half later, 0Z20, returns from Worksop and heads along the GCR through Woodhouse station. If anything, the steam from the train at the rear is even more evident, as a lone on-looker, having been advised about the forth-coming event, looks on. woodhouse feels like a bit of an oasis of past glories and beyond the bridge is another of the line's traditional signal boxes, at Woodhouse Mill.
