Reason #444,835: He loves me no matter how I look or how big I am. Also, my dog is such a good companion no matter how bad things are in my life. He has saved me so many times:) I was abused and stopped breathing and he got on my chest, licked my face and I came around. He keeps me going through the worst of times. I am so happy I have him. Vietnam is an incredible country for travel lovers. The people are great, the food tastes amazing, endless things to try, and everything is very affordable. But what if you are looking for a quick getaway from crowded and hot cities in Vietnam?

Then Da Lat is the answer to your next destination of choice. Also known as “Little Paris”, the poetic city located in the Central Highlands of Vietnam is surrounded by majestic mountains, green pine forests, and breath-taking waterfalls. Da Lat, the city with no traffic light, is certainly a must-see during a Vietnam holiday. Da Lat offers a large pool of fantastic activities and astonishing attractions for thrill-seekers.

Here are some of the best things you do not want to miss when visiting Da Lat.

Art + Science gave all the families of Reason To Give a day of beauty just before the holidays (on their day off no less). What an amazing and special experience for all of us. Huge thanks to Chris Kirzeder for the beautiful photos (http://www.chriskirzeder.com) and Elizabeth Neish for the added touch of a professional make-up artist. www.reasontogive.com

For reasons too complicated to go into here, we currently have half a dozen wooden bench/table sets outside on the farmyard, waiting to be sanded down and restained before being placed in various locations within the community. The Tiddler cat has adopted one of the tables as her morning sunbathing spot.

For whatever reason, we caved under the pressure of the "buy our cheesy digital photo" at the end of the show. In the end it's a nice little souvenir. Too bad about how that night turned out (politically, that is).

Also noted by Chris from DCFC as one of the worst shows on the tour. They weren't terribly talkative, that's for sure. But it was good to see them before the O.C. really brought in all the teeny-boppers.

For some reason, my scanner is being totally stupid and is scanning at a rather high contrast. So some details in his tail and talons and whatever else were lost. Anyway, I thought that the first drawing I did of him was far too rigid and boring, and I like this one a lot more. Especially the wings.

it's sad how someone can go from being the reason you wake up smiling to crying yourself to sleep

Reason for being called Sausage Tree -- unique looking seed pods, but are full of a tar-like messy goo. And the goo rather stinks!

One of the reasons I love AIESEC: a waterfight with people from both Middle East / Northern Africa, the USA, Europe, South America, Russia, Japan... all mixed in teams and having fun as part of a 5-day conference that everybody will remember for a long time.

For reasons unknown to her, Tox's mate attacked her at random while she was mining salt, and when she ran he chased and kept attacking until she was downed. Wounded and confused, she didn't understand his effort to then hug like he didn't just run her down for no apparent reason, and before she could attempt to communicate anything, he left.... she suffered a miscarry of the twins she had and buried them with the aliens, suddenly no longer trusting other humans...

OOC: I acknowledge the other player says his screen went black and he didn't know he was shooting arrows until after she ran, but as I explained, whatever OOC reasons it happened, it happened IC and needed to be played out. Since he took the OOC decline of a hug couple gesture as enough reason to TP out and NOT RP the story, I decided she was more wounded than originally thought and would not continue to carry his character's offspring.

I'm very busy at the moment, so I probably won't be able to update my Flickr site for the next 2 or 3 days. Therefore, I'm posting the wisdoms for the following days:

26th May 2009

27th May 2009

28th May 2009

29th May 2009.

Don't worry, I'll be back as soon as I can :-)
