How do we attain Self-Realization/Atma Gnan? Is it only through positive intent? Or do we need a teacher?
Pujya Deepakbhai explains in this video, that only if we have infinite merit karma, we get a chance to see a Self-Realised Soul (that of a Spiritual Master) and we can also get Atma Gnan. It cannot be forced upon someone, the desire has to come from within.

As different parts of the body are meant for serving the total body,
similarly the living entities, being parts and parcels of GOD,
are duty -bound to serve HIM.
You all have been rendering service to someone, either to your family, or to society,
and in spite of serving to the best of your ability, you are not satisfied,
nor is the person to whom you are rendering that service, satisfied.
On the material platform, everyone of you is frustrated.
Reason?
The service being rendered by you is not properly directed.
If the SUPREME PERSONALITY OF GODHEAD is served,
all other parts and parcels will be automatically served and satisfied.
Consequently all welfare activities as well as service to society,
family will be realized by your serving the
SUPREME PERSONALITY OF GODHEAD.
The GOD consciousness simply deals with your Eternal relationship with HIM
and the process of discharging your relative duties to HIM.
The GOD consciousness enables you to achieve
the Highest Perfection of life attainable
in the present human form of existence.

I liked how her eyes portray a very deep emotion that is hard to find in pictures. It was really dark in this room so I had a really high ISO (3200) and a slow shutter speed (1/80) so that enough light entered the lense. The aperture was also low (f/6.3) so that the details where clear and it was completely focused on me.

Walking the grounds here is so tranquil, you can look out over the open waters of the mighty Pacific Ocean or you can find a spot nested in the gardens that gives you shade and floral fragrance as you rest your mind.

We stopped along the road to enjoy the scenery when I noticed a larger yellow bird off on a tree near us. It was a western tanager - a bird I had never seen before. What a great spot for bird watching. Wonderful drive and hike up Flagstaff Mountain to the west of Boulder, Colorado late on Saturday June 3rd, 2023. The outdoor spaces near Boulder are definitely worth the trip and live up to their billing. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and Boulder, Colorado with my son for a few days.
