The murder committed is result of his past karmas and is not actually responsible for this deed as on today. He might be suffering inwardly for this bad deed.

"Happiness Realization Party" - no joke, that is really the name of this new party, which is backed by a religious sect (幸福の科学 literally "The Science of Happiness"). It demands a.o. the abolishment of excise tax and legacy tax, and it promises to double ones assets.
