Antibiotics do not cure cancer. Sub-standard rural health care doesn't save lives.

Addendum: My brother, Charles Kirkpatrick AGERS died on 01, FEB, 2008, at 14:14 hours pst.
With early detection, he would still be alive. AMERICA NEEDS DECENT AND ACCURATE HEALTH CARE FOR EVERYONE!!, not for just those who have money.

The New Dungeness Lighthouse is a 5 mile trek along the Dungeness spit. Someone created driftwood directional markers at the foot path to the lighthouse that read Welcome to Serenity and Reality 5 miles. Leave Serenity behind while the tides are low or that 5 miles back to reality will be a harsh reality.

Found this big heart painted on a bridge. Surely it's a sign of love to someone.
People have their dreams, maybe of love or other beautiful things. They paint them on the walls or on the ground. But often these dreams are a contrast to the reality and they will not fulfill if we are just standing and waiting that it happens.
If people stand back to back like here love will remain a dream.

A Kaleidoscope of Reality
One day, I was walking through a small park passageway, which featured a glass labyrinth with colored panes. The gray surroundings took on a new, fairytale dimension. Reality took on color.
Christmas was great but reality is that COVID will only get worse over the next few months. Stay safe, stay distant when you can and WEAR A DAMN MASK.
Emerald Bay, Pangkor Island, Strait of Malacca (Melaka), where a man stood in the ocean immersed in escaping reality, as he watched an almost surreal, unfolding sunset streaking across the sky.
The man suddenly felt great joy in escaping from his usual reality. Rejuvenating, from being a 'slave of time', while on holidays, he never imagined the sky could look so spacey and other-worldly.
With the seawater lapping his knees, the man's perspective of reality shifted. To what he understood was being like "one-with-nature", when a window of perception suddenly opened.
At this point, the man knew, instinctively, that his life had changed to another, different, and heightened, understanding of 'being', as nature wonder, and inner peace, took hold.

Take a close look at this little girl with the toffee apple. She was there standing against that wall, but now she isn't. The photographer who made this installation is playing games with our minds. I wish I knew their names - the photographer and the little girl, but in the end the point's been made.

Sometimes I find it hard to grip onto reality, every time I try I find my fingers slipping further away and I fall into a dreamland where the world is safe and people are kind and there is no censorship in who you can love.. in this fantasy world I am also wildly successful and fabulously rich :D
What do we work so hard for? And why don't they teach you in school that your life is the best product you will ever work on?
