Raspberries near Kosjeric.

these luscious little berries are from my very own garden. I get a handful everyday.

In the past I threw all my berries in a bag to freeze in a solid mass. I have recently converted to the method of freezing individually on a cookie tray.

my fridge is behaving randomly so the ice cream (made by blitzing raspberries with icing sugar and cream last night) was a bit soft.

(as opposed to raspberry tart - guessing they could charge more because of the fancy long word)
