Start with fresh raspberries. We picked these this morning at Folck Farms in Catawba, OH where S valiantly defied mortality by braving hundreds of death delivering honey bees whose hive was mere feet away from our bushes.
Chocolate raspberry cupcakes are dipped in chocolate ganache and topped with a fresh raspberry and chocolate mint leaf garnish.

Fresh raspberries used in a dessert recipe I did from the Alinea Restaurant cookbook. Fresh raspberries, goat milk pudding, goat tapioca pearls, bell pepper taffy, pistachio purée and lavender pudding. Topped with a raspberry sheet, pistachio chips, pistachio brittle and fresh lavender flowers.

There were raspberry plants all around our table, which made for great snacks in between courses. :) The farm showed more of its awesomeness by giving us containers so we could pick berries and take them with us.
We've had so much rain and cool weather that my zucchini and squash are absolutely pathetic. BUT the chard, lettuce and raspberries are thriving!
