And snow on the mountains of snowdonia reflection in a mirror lake padarn.

Yesterday's post had trackside debris that was practically worthless. This neatly stacked steel on the other hand is likely worth a pretty penny.

I am unsure of the purpose of the reflective cone but found that I certainly had to take it into consideration when composing.

I took a number of shots of this stack of rails along with others that are very different from this. I am not sure why, as it has kind of an odd shooting angle, and the rails are a small part of the overall scene, but in the end I liked this one the best.

Chute Lake is a small lake in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. Locally it's very popular with fishers. The lake is accessible by a gravel road and the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. The rustic Chute Lake Resort is located on the lake's southwest shore.

The ONR movie train special trundles down the Trillium tracks near Thorold on their way to Port Colborne for filming of the Handmaids Tale.

There has always been a certain mystique and fascination of the travelling the railways for me. Children back when I was growing up were riding trains at malls. We rode trains at amusement parks. I've travelled on the Southwest Chief to Chicago. Something about the clickety clack going down the track that gets me excited everytime I see a train go by or pass over these beauties.
