Moos thinks so!!! Ever since the day this sweet little bunny called Nina and her friend Bowie were brought to us because their owners are on holiday, Moos is as far away from her as he possibly can!!! He will not eat or drink anything when she is around!!! He also moved to the garret (that is the farest away from Nina)!!

Likely a Brush Rabbit (Sylvilagus bachmani), although at first tentatively identified as an Audubon's Cottontail (Sylvilagus audubonii) by me and also by CAS staff in response to my email query. Coyote Hills Regional Park, Alameda Co., CA - April 2008. There were many (I saw at least ten) of these rabbits at Coyote Hills on this trip.

Lots of rabbits around ... but they are very good at running away as soon as they see anyone or hear anything!! Thought this was a good shot considering shooting at 300mm in quite dark conditions.

We apparently have a tribe of rabbits in our yard & on Sunday Darwin managed to catch one. Fortunately, I rescued him before Darwin could do any dachshund damage.
