The Dodge Magnum is very rare in Europe as we had the car as Chrysler 300C Touring. This generation of the Magnum was built from 2004 until 2008. The RT has an 5.7 litre Hemi V8 engine.

Thougthful of the Rover driver to hold back the following traffic. It's abit like 1301 has its own cortege!

With the area radio car riding shotgun 624 passes the Old Hainault Oak - or where it was, anyway.

I must have run fast to get it again!

And heading back to West Croydon

It rained a bit that day! Here's abusy scene at Crystal Palace. 1654 didn't survive, but it did move around a bit before the end came. I'm sure I've got it on film elsewhere!

To commemorate 50 years since the end of crew operation at Edgware garage, RT 2177 operated on route 292 (the last crew route) on Saturday 15 July 2023. I'm a bit younger than the bus, but I have to say the RT was in better condition and running more smoothly than me!

They are original blinds, from the last bus in 1973.

When in service with LT, spent most of it's working life either at Sutton or Barking Garages.

Come on in 3016, your time's up! Steve Lewis captures the event on cine. This bus found its way to France with a trailor company. Is it still there?

From Catford the bus spent some time at RD as a trainer and was scrapped at Wombwells in April 79.

1993 Renault Espace RT.

This one got away too, to SARL London Bus St Amant-Tallende, France. By this time, available RTs were begining to be sought after.

The long-gone Chiswick Works of London Transport had a famous skid pan. Rides on the skid pan were available on an open day in June 1983. It seemed to be very popular! Downstairs only! 20p a ride - wonder how much people would pay for the chance to do it now....

AT-RT MOC

This AT-RT is mini-fig scale and is apart of my next MOC of the Week which will be posted next Monday. I hope you enjoy.

Full of olde worlde charm. And a group of LT PR staff itching to get into the pub!

London Country's RT3119 stands at The Square, Dunstable, with a peak-hour extension of route 360 (Luton-Caddington-Luton) in June 1972.

RTs would ply this route for another four years or so, until converted to Leyland Nationals in September 1976. United Counties took over the route from the December. Note too, the route number for the 343 painted on the tarmac beside the RT.
