London Transport RT3902 new to Croydon garage in 1950 has been with Sharpes of Nottingham since 2013 and is a regular visitor to the AEC Rally.

Turning in to Engel Park at the start of its westward trip. From Harrow Weald the bus moved to Dalston for a while before heading to Wombwell's in November.
This one got away too, to SARL London Bus St Amant-Tallende, France. By this time, available RTs were begining to be sought after.

With the impending removal of RTs from Catford and Bromley garages south-east London came in for a bit of attention.
The long-gone Chiswick Works of London Transport had a famous skid pan. Rides on the skid pan were available on an open day in June 1983. It seemed to be very popular! Downstairs only! 20p a ride - wonder how much people would pay for the chance to do it now....
Wtihdrawn in 1979 it later became a mobile burger bar in Devon. It returned to London in the 21st Century, but was broken up at the Woolwich Tranport Museum in 2002. RT 1400 is parked next to it.

Another refurbished RT - No. 2544 arrives at the terminus at Becontree Heath on route 150 on 25/4/72. This route went OMO in Oct'76. The result of the building work shown in the preceding shots can now be seen.
