Taken at an abandoned nursery in Portland, this particular greenhouse was used for growing roses. As you can see they’re not about to let anyone forget about them as they are literally pushing their way up and through the roof towards the sunlight.
Holy Rosary in Tacoma, Washington. I went for the fall colors, but found inspiration for a black and white image. Nothing is crisp, it's all a bit blurry and uncertain --- much like the fate of this gorgeous historic building, which as of right now is condemned to demolition.
These hands cherished a husband, nurtured children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, comforted the sick as a nurse, performed volunteer work at a hospital, cared for the poor by performing numerous acts of charity, all the while embracing the rosary.

Binondo Church is also known as Minor Basilica of St. Lorenzo Ruiz is located in Binondo, Manila. Founded by the Dominican priests in 1596, Binondo Church is one of the oldest places of Christian worship in the Philippines. It was administered by the Secular Priests in 1768, returned to Dominican Administration in 1822 and back to Secular Priests in 1898.

I was sitting on one of the benches around the Lake one day when I noticed something hanging from a tree a few feet away from me. I got curious so I got up to take a closer look and found this Rosary that some someone left there. As of yesterday, it was still there!

When I was at Loretto Chapel in Sante Fe, I saw this tree dangling with rosaries in the courtyard. As it turned out, visitors from around the world came here and adorned the tree with their rosaries in memory of their loved ones who had passed away . It was a beautiful sight under the morning light.
