Old Town – Scottsdale, AZ

Taken whilst walking in the New Forest. There are hundreds of ponies roaming free in this forest, this grey wandering amongst the trees, for me had a wonderful atmosphere about it.

Roaming the fields with my fairy friend Violet by my side, we came across this glade, pausing for a moment and standing very still a unicorn appeared from behind us then it began approaching, holding my breath as he came close enough for me to almost touch him he glided by as though he could not see us...Shaking my head in disbelief I looked at Violet and she let out a soft laugh, poked me and said wake up your here to show the people your outfit not drift off into one of your daydreams...

" If we could see the miracle in a single flower clearly, our whole life would change. " - Buddha

”In the end, we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught.” – Baba Dioum

"The photo is the hunt. It’s the instinct of hunting without the desire to kill. It’s the hunt of angels… you track, you aim, you fire and-click! Instead of a dead man, you make him eternal." - Chris Marker

“ "Sport" hunting is a sickness, a perversion and a danger and should be recognised as such.

People who get their 'amusement' from hunting and killing defenceless animals can only be suffering from a mental disorder.

In a world with boundless opportunities for amusement, it's detestable that anyone would choose to get thrills from killing others who ask for nothing from life but the chance to remain alive. ” Sir Roger Moore

"Stressed Out"

I wish I found some better sounds no one's ever heard

I wish I had a better voice that sang some better words

I wish I found some chords in an order that is new

I wish I didn't have to rhyme every time I sang

I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink

But now I'm insecure and I care what people think

My name's 'Blurryface' and I care what you think

My name's 'Blurryface' and I care what you think

Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days

When our momma sang us to sleep but now we're stressed out (oh)

Wish we could turn back time (oh), to the good old days (oh)

When our momma sang us to sleep but now we're stressed out

We're stressed out

Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young

How come I'm never able to identify where it's coming from

I'd make a candle out of it if I ever found it

Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I'd probably only sell one

It'd be to my brother, 'cause we have the same nose

Same clothes homegrown a stone's throw from a creek we used to roam

But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered

Out of student loans and tree-house homes we all would take the latter

My name's 'Blurryface' and I care what you think

When our momma sang us to sleep but now we're stressed out

We used to play pretend, give each other different names

We would build a rocket ship and then we'd fly it far away

Used to dream of outer space but now they're laughing at our face

Saying, "Wake up, you need to make money."

Yeah

Dyrholaey, Iceland.

Frozen flood plain reflects cloudy sunset on the delicate ice textures behind Dyrholaey rocks and Reynisfjara black beach. I especially liked that the clouds had a similar shape as the stack, as if its soul was leaving to roam the sea at the night...

Hit the L key for a better view. Thanks for the favs and comments. Much appreciated!

Beware, Traveler, for the immortal machines wander these lands…

Carver Gap Trail, Roan Mountain, TN. The rhododendron and flame azaleas are stunning.

Custer State Park offers sweeping views of the landscape surrounding the Black Hills National Forest. It is touted as a great place to see wildlife but, alas, the day we visited said wildlife was off playing somewhere else. Therefore, one must envision this scene with buffalo roaming and deer and antelope playing!

Roam, Little Red, amidst the winter's grasp,

Where evergreen boughs wear snow's gentle clasp.

In this enchanting scene, a world agleam,

A serene embrace, as if in a dream.

Ignite your lantern, let its glow be your guide,

Through twilight's descent, where shadows abide.

Quickly traverse as the forest fades to night,

As distant bells ring, anticipation takes flight.

Not the jovial Kringle drawing near,

When jingles resound, a presence unclear.

Prepare for the tale that the night will sing,

For it unfolds a different, mysterious offering.
