Last time I passed, the interior was all ripped up and the sign half gone. This petite old-style cafe was in a side street near the scruffy end of Oxford Street called Museum Street. Oh, and for all those in '20.000 Streets under the Sky', could this be like the place where Bob, the bar man, would have his tea of half an egg and whatever else it was?
Our new dog Zetta got into my penguin collection and destroyed my penguin Chub Chub. But it's ok, Christina is going to redo him and make him a red penguin. So he'll be a Crimson Chub Chub.
Here's a final shot of one of my original "snarling dogs". Remy was anything but, really. He was gentle and loving to everyone. Little kids at parks or the pet store could run up and hug him. He caught rabbits and squirrels, but never hurt them and always let them go. He loved the chase, but he was strictly "catch and release". Remy was truly a unique and special dog. He was only 6 years old when bone cancer took him from us. I miss him...a lot. As Shakespeare said, I shall not look upon his like again. RIP, Silly Man.
11 years of service, going out with a bang. Sorry but we are 2nd amendment lovers in a country living lifestyle. ✌️
Around 1230AM, I went to check out NPS just in case tomorrow's rain washes all of the messages away. But despite the late hour on a Tuesday night, there were at least 30 people walking around in the half hour I was there. That says something.
RIP, Jack. We'll miss you. //

Pictures taken at an abandoned building. I've found out that it was a company engaged in processing mixed cullet (broken glass) into a recycled, uncontaminated product (known as "glass flour") for use in the fiberglass manufacturing industry.
I know it's a crappy pic but it's the only one I could find on my work computer. My first cat, which I gave up for adoption to my mom when I moved to Seattle, has passed away at the ripe old age of 18 yrs.
I can't seem to stop thinking about poor little Rocky. Here he is when they came to visit us at our office. Can you blame me for falling for this guy?
It didn't hurt when I fell to the ground.
It didn't hurt when my wing was ripped off.
It hurt when I was called ordinary.
That's when I hurt.

One of the last pictures taken with my trusty Vivitar 285HV before it went *POP* and started stinking as one of its tubes began glowing before guttering to nothingness... gone to the place where dead flashes go.
I wish this photo was better -- it was made with my newest work in progress, a DIY ring flash. Well the flash part of that is gone now.
