Ruins of an old adobe barn in Rio Rico, Arizona that collapsed during a thunder storm about 8 years ago.
Housesteads Roman Fort is the remains of an auxiliary fort on Hadrian's Wall. Its ruins are at Housesteads in the civil parish of Bardon Mill in Northumberland, England, south of Broomlee Lough. The fort was built in stone around AD 124, soon after the construction of the wall began in AD 122 when the area was part of the Roman province of Britannia. Its name has been variously given as Vercovicium, Borcovicus, Borcovicium, and Velurtion. The name of the 18th-century farmhouse of Housesteads gives the modern name.

This is at Radar Hill in Pacific Rim National Park, Vancouver Island, BC. The sign at the parking lot says "A radar station was located on this hill during the Cold War. Little remains (emphasis mine) of the old installation but the short trip to the top is well worth the climb as the panoramic views of the ocean, inlet, and mountains can be found no where else in the national park reserve..."
Little, indeed: it was these two pipes and an 8-foot diameter concrete slab.
As for the views, well, I could say that a location's claim to have views that can be found no where else is a bit of a hollow claim, but I've already picked on this little park enough.
