This would have been taken in the 40s to 60s by Kenneth S West the author of 'The Captive Lufwaffe'. I can't find a reference to it on the internet so I am going by the card in the box of photos. (later check on google shows it is an RC3-2 racer which won the Schneider Trophy in 1923)
