I picked up an old family album at an estate sale awhile back. Here are some of the pics that are in it.
In the Netherlands we use quotation marks 66 up open and 99 up closed. In several places you can find examples of 66 down open (Newspaper NRC) and 66 up close (this restaurant on the menu).
Tisk tisk, but the guns were pretty bad ass.
