Based on Akiyuki's design. Rather simple build but very effective! Will most probably build something around it.

Quick trip to the capitol to secure an apartment. Mission accomplished and now we move! Small exploration of our new home and loved every step.

Our regular male sparrowhawk. We also see a female, but not so frequently.
My regular 'spar fan' visitors will know that I once witnessd a male spar doing a **prey pass to his female, in mid-air, in my own garden. It was awesome to see, but I wasn't quick enough to get the shot. The female just seemed to come out of nowhere and then she was off. Huh, that's my excuse, anyway.
**Pair bonding.
Thanks for all views, comments and fave adds.
Also known as Zhangjiajie National Park, this park in the Hunan Province of China is home to over 3,000 quartz sandstone pillars.
There are over 500 different tree species within Wulingyuan National Park.
The quartzite sandstones pillars in the park reach as high as over 2,625 feet (800 meters) tall!
There are 560 other scenic sites to visit within Wulingyuan National Park besides the sandstone pillars, such as the Golden Whip Stream.
This was the first national forest park in China.

Front of a quick shirt I did for a mate.
Couldn't be doing with all the cleaning up that comes with using the foam roller method so sprayed straight onto the shirt. Kept the sprays nice and light so it didn't get all hard and nasty.

Last night in Capitol Reef and not a lot happening....or so we thought as we were waiting around for sunset. Proof positive that Mother Nature can be full of surprises, even in a matter of minutes. We were close to a forest service road when I noticed colors developing in the sky....pull over here I said, and then I quickly searched for something that would offer a bit of foreground interest. Ended up being a beautiful ending to the day.
Just uploaded a dozen and a half images.....hope you enjoy!!!!! Have a great Sunday, and as always, thanks for all your visits and comments :-)

This is the other bird shot that I quite liked. Its a simple shot in that I just like the bird's pose. I also like the flare of feathers on the bird's head. Just gives a sassy kind of "over the shoulder" pose that I find amusing. All said and done, I just like the photo.
Enjoy! :)

Had a spare 15 mins so did a quick star trail...Moon was about half lit so it lit up the scene for me a little...Clouds were also hanging around but put a sort of interesting effect in the sky over the 15 mins...1 car came by right at the end and decided to leave the image in as a bit of foreground interest as well... A merge of 29 images edited in Lightroom CC first and then exported and merged in StarTrails.exe...Shot with Nikon D5300, Tokina 11-16mm lens, @13mm, iso 250, f3.5 and 30 second exposures..
