What You Need
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links, sliced, quartered
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
Make It
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage and onions; cook and stir 10 min. or until sausage is no longer pink.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil; cover.
REMOVE from heat; let stand 5 min. Stir gently before serving.

Took a quick trip to the coast for Chowder, beach play time and sunset. A good trip. Fun was had by all including the teenagers who each got to take a turn driving the new Jeep on the beach.

This 1933 Ford may be a kit car. We saw it at the local fish & chips restaurant on U.S.Highway 101 at the south end of Port Orford, Oregon, while out for a walk with the dog. 2 crab cakes (stacked) leftover from dinner the other night and veggies with aioli sauce in the little triangle container, ham and swiss cheese on flower toothpicks. I put this together very quickly with stuff from the fridge. :)
Fridays downtown are always a whole lot quieter than the rest of the week. We're not back at 5 days in the office and Fridays are a popular work-from-home day.
I get no lines for the slow workplace kettle and no competition for the nicer cubicles, so I like being in office on Fridays.
