A quick dinner in the magic wok after a day taking photos at a local Revolutionary War battlefield. Chopped chicken breast, kielbasa, onion and roasted jalapeños. Then, topped with fried crispy shallots and fried crispy garlic.

Everyone was incredibly beat once we had reached this point. Ryan's giving Katie a quick massage to get her ready for the hour hike to Uhuru Peak. We didn't realize how far it would still be until we were done. Only a few minutes after this John told us it was time to keep moving.

We're having office lunch, so I only had to make one bento today! I went for a quick lunch of octodogs, mac and cheese, mixed fruit, some veggie dumplings, and a mini cheddar round for snack. The mac and cheese is organic from the box, and was very very tasty! I'll get that one again! Condiments include some spicy mustard and sichimi togorashi to give the dumplings a little kick.

Five minutes into the show. I had to stop filming because he fell right on top of me. Lot of weak arms around me.

One, I love this tourist woman's clothing colour choices. Two, this is really fun. Three, it proves that my sense of rhythm is not so good - but I got through twice, unscathed.

The second time, without a guide, and with greater speed, was significantly less elegant, mind you, but, still...

Christian has been craving Quickly for 7 months. Finally had it.

Ingredients:

1 box Betty Crocker Supermoist Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix (plus the ingredients stated on the back of the box)

1 cup Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp flour

Simply make the cake, as the directions on the box state. Once all the ingredients are combined and you normally would be ready to bake the cake as is, in a seperate bowl combine the chocolate chips and flour, coat each chip with some flour, and then stir the flour coated chips into the batter. Make sure everything is combined and then bake the cake following the directions on the back of the box.

** Coating the chips with flour is supposed to prevent the chips from falling to the bottom of the batter but it didn't work the first time I tried with this recipe. It does work with Ina Garten's Outrageous Brownies
