This week's assignment: Our assignment this week is Still Life Photography, one of the oldest known photographic techniques.
Please use only inanimate objects in your compositions and refrain from landscape shots. No humans, pets or other animals!
Ink applied with Q-Tips (Cotton swabs) to cardstock paper.
~5 X 6 inches
From life / mirror / observation
~15-30 minutes.
The nice thing about Q-Tips - nothing to clean up. The bad thing about Q-Tips- disposable stuff messes up the whole darn planet...
and what about the ink going down the sink when I do have to clean? What do you guys do with your dirty art water?

Until I saw this strange flower in a Japanese Ikebana arrangement at the Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park, I always thought q-tips were made in factories. :)
