Had a mad passion for pylons in 2015... went out a lot in Feb and then moved on! :-) They can look magnificent - this was taken first week in April when the rapeseed was beginning to blossom and there was a storm brewing.
Crossing Pylon,River Rhine at Ginsheim,Kreuzungsmast bei Ginsheim,die Freileizung überquert den Rhein.
With the Golden Gate completely engulfed in fog I ventured to that other bridge looking for so light. Here at least you could see the Bay Bridge. I heard these old pylons are going to be removed for the coming America's Cup.

I am not a big fan of pylons but these seemed quite striking against the sunset.
At the end of The Mile Road ( which isn't a mile long!) near Flixton, Greater Manchester.

Taken on my first day on a business trip to Hyderabad in India, when it was 42 degrees out. I made it as far as the end of the street to shoot these pylons and then had to go straight back to the air conditioned hotel to cool down again.
