This was taken during a shoot with friends at Congressional Cemetery in Washington, D.C. Lots to see there. Apparently, there is a big debate as to whether dogs should be allowed to be walked through its grounds because the families of interred Native Americans are outraged by it. I took three shots, and feel this one came out best. The first two were from a little farther away, and landscape orientation, with the first one having the focus set a bit too close (I forgot to turn it to infinity).
This guy asked if he was in my way afterwards.
I need to reprint this one day and burn the top left. I don't know if that will help, I suppose I'll check the negative.

It was nice of those folks to give this little plot of land for a park in the middle of downtown lexington, VA. Shade around the edges, and open space in the middle. And money was raised to put in a raised part with the pergola you see in the background, and a brick walkway around the interior perimeter.
