HMS Protector the Ice Patrol Ship is currently on her second visit to Antarctica in 2 years. During the Antarctic winter Protector has been carrying out Survey and Humanitarian and Disaster Relief operations in and around the Caribbean and the West Coast of Africa. Now during the Antarctic Summer the ship has returned to her usual tasking to patrol and survey the Antarctic and South Atlantic, maintaining UK Sovereign presence with Wider Regional Engagement, supporting the global community of Antarctica.

The Leadership Putnam Class of 2002 coordinated a Quality of Life project that honors local and national law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency management technicians, paramedics and military personnel. After the events of September 11, 2001, many citizens within the community wanted to show their support for our local protectors who put their lives at risk everyday for our safety. This mural was painted by a local artist and is on the corner of Cedar and W. Broad streets.

Pretty pleased with how this guy came out. The primary goal was to use parts from all of the protectors. Ended up giving him an extra set of arms.
Protector, guardian, warrior. We are all of these when we take a stand against Unweaver.
I think that Fantasy Faire is about protection and about memory -- we raise money to help end cancers, and we remember all those that we have lost along the way. Alia Baroque was inspired by this when he created Valhalla, the Fallen Gods-sponsored sim at the Fairegrounds. And appropriately, there have been a number of Norse-inspired outfits and poses that I've come across at the Fairegrounds.
Today I get to show you the very well-detailed Amnerystunic from .Viki.. Amnerys is perfect for a Viking or other medieval timeframe or roleplay. It comes in 8 different animal hide options, so you're sure to find something that suits your look. I really liked the Dark Goat!
I needed a little something for my arms, so I found these wonderful bracers from the Breeze outfit from Blue Moon Enterprises. My other pieces here you've seen before: the Bow of Galadhrim from Unity Maxim, Mizu's Raider Hatchet, and the Runar boots from R3D Studio
The Faire will be coming to a close this weekend... it's always so hard to part with such a magical place. It's more than a shopping event, it's a community event. I hope that you have had the opportunity to enjoy it. If not.. there's still time!

I have to give my apologizes for new re-post your lovely picture but I had to do it, receiving a correction from my friend from India. We respect her opinion and will follow her advice to keep our picture to be more right and true as it should be. We appreciate support and wise advices in national images as this is much more important to give a right view and message than show nice advertising (just keep it wise).
Always try to right search and ask people from other countries when you create national images you don't much familiar with. Country residents will help you with pleasure and you will receive a new knowledge and make them happy!

i took this image at least a month ago when i was visiting sarah ann loreth. i really struggled with these images after looking at them at home. what was their point? were they sexual even though that was not my intention? i finally decided to just let it go and post one. models are angela and summer, two really wonderful girls. the makeup/styling was all angela, summer and sarah and is inspired by the paintings of sylvia ji :)
Legend at 10 months. He's the most protective GSD that I've ever had. And he's huge, so the combination of his size and when he's barking at strangers that come to the house could make someone scared out of their mind haha.
These geese are pretty adamant about protecting their nest.
I drove by it again a few days ago and they looked as if they'd left the area.
I'll have to check again this week.
Last year there was a pair of Sandhill Crane's that had a nest here.

I’m always looking out for new compositions when I’m out and about without my camera. So it was nice to be back here to capture this which I spotted while having dinner one day. These are Special Marks used to indicate a special area referring to a chart or Notice to Mariners. These coloured yellow buoys are used in marking of features such as outfall pipes, cable and recreation zones.
Yes I know its very minimal. It’s my personal enjoyment shooting these kinds of minimalistic scenes. Less is more in my opinion. It’s the art of leaving elements out, leaving only the intended subject or message which can be rather challenging. Creating images like this allows me to stop time and appreciate simplicity rather than complexity. I feel the same way when looking at other forms on minimalistic creations. I just take my time and enjoy the message, the space and purity of its form.
