I chose to use this watch necklace as my prop because of the various roles that time plays in our lives. This picture captures the essence of how time impacts students. Aside from dealing with constant deadlines and exam dates, students are also often pressured by the feeling of not having enough time, planning their time wisely, or feeling like they have not made enough use of the time that has passed. I found that photographing this timepiece made me appreciate the importance of reflecting on a moment and only focusing on the present, for in these photographs time is standing still.
I didn't know how to use most of the camera equipment around the studio, so I thought it would be best to use them as props lol.
