Backers of 'Yes on Prop. 61,' a California ballot measure to lower drug prices that is on the November ballot, screened "Your Money or Your Life," a new documentary featuring U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders focusing on the pharmaceutical industry's greed in several cities throughout California on Saturday, October 29, 2016, including Los Angeles. The 30-minute film also aired statewide on stations in all of Californiaâs major media markets including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento & Fresno.

The film screening was followed by a panel featuring (L to R) Kelly Rudnicki, former Mylan mom and food allergy advocate who resigned her position as a paid spokesperson for Mylan's EpiPen; Iraq War veteran Steve Dunwoody of VoteVets; Carmen Balber, Executive Director of Consumer Watchdog and Maureen Cruise, RN, with the Los Angeles chapter of California Nurses Association (CNA).
