The California Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of Prop 8, which took away the right for gay and lesbian couples to marry.
Haha so I tightened Soi's tension, only to discover that her legs are separately strung, so she's still floppy. I called upon Yamato to perform his gentlemanly duties as a prop for her XD
Next to me is the original Holy Grail prop from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Also nearby are the stones of Kali Ma, Indy's whip, and his trusty hat, as well as Dr Henry Jone's Sr's Holy Grail notebook. Photo taken at Skywalker Ranch.
(This picture was originally shot in color, but I desaturated it because my eyes were swollen red from a severe allergy attack.)
Finally! I have a proper prop room with new shelves I made out of the salvage wood from the shed/tiny house remodel. These are the first shelves I have ever made. I swear that 95% of my time in the last year has been spent on working on my studio, organizing and backing up files, cleaning house, landscaping. And 5% photography. Hope to get back on a different schedule when the prop room is finished.
Just a quick shot of the gearbox end of the prop for reference while I had it off to send back to the manufacturer.
Fixed the body of the gun, originally had a massive crack in front of the trigger. Covered up and spray painted.
One final shot from the Santa Fe Opera before I inundate you all with tales and pictures of the great American Southwest. Oh yeah, I'm back in PA as we speak. Wow, it's so much greener here.
My Current Black Ops Props. The weapons are all cardboard, some of the perk bottles are plastic, the drinks are not real just paint mixed in water (except for deadshot, Coke, and Stamin-Up, Sunkist), and DO NOT ASK ME TO MAKE OR GIVE YOU ONE.
Photography fail - I took duplicate shots of most things, except the Blackbird. which I blurred. :(
