We hosted an Earth Day event with representation from City Public Service(utility provider). ISS Facility Services (janitorial vendor) gave out micro fiber cleaning cloths and information regarding green cleaning programs. Voss Lighting (energy efficient lighting) provided brochures on efficient lighting/lamps. Clean Scapes (landscape vendor) gave out brochures on yard pests. Plant Interscapes donated two Mountain Laurels to raffle. SPROUTS Farmers Market donated reuseable shopping bags.

August 27 2011 My neighbour was in the close after 10am today, only to later find this silver foil in the building. Someone has been smoking Heroin off silver foil in a building with new metal doors meant to keep junkies out....

Now this like many other streets are rapidly being taken over by eu workers as the Scots face a bedroom take to live in their own fucking country. While the youth are forced on the dole to wander the streets, where the temptation too steal, act unlawful or do drugs through boredom as the eu worker gets richer and buy up our streets as we get poorer and forced out.

The Eldridge Oaks Team had a great Earth Day Event. We had over five or so vendors to either donate items for our give away or to have tables in the lobby. We were able to giveaway at least 15 different items from Academy gift cards, Astros tickets, gift bags, a basket of energy saving light bulbs worth over $200. It was really big turnout for the giveaways. Over 200 people entered the drawing for the various give away and the tenants were excited. Pritchard, Environmental Coalition and Silversands setup tables in the lobby and answered questions on the products they use that are environmentally friendly. As a treat we provided Shipley’s for everyone that attended the event.

Riot Cops in stand off in Clavering street
12.50 The police are in Clavering St where some guy called ####### has barricaded himself inside his home.
1.30 Two big police vans wait down the hill.
1.34 People starts shouting….
1.37am. A black car with a plain clothed cop arrives and looks over paper work with other officers.
1.47 There are 6 cop cars, two big vans, 1 normal van, a black car down the hill while up hill there are 2 cars, coppers and public.
2.19 The riot cops arrive and take up positions at the front back of the building under ###### window while the rest enter close. This while I’m told 1 ambulance & 3 fire brigade are parked on Well St.
2.25 The police move people away from the buildings..
2.33 A guy on phone to ###### starts shouting, “open the f### door” as he’s dragged back by the police and public as he tries to move to the building…
2.38 There is lots of dog barking as the same man shouting, I’ll go in for him while being restrained…
3.32 A police van pulls up in Gallacher close as coppers with battering rams show up. This while firemen, the police and others hang around the street watching in the cold.
3.36 The sound of banging comes from the building..
3.38 A cop comes out and ask for a torch as the street gets busy.
4.13 More banging comes from No12?
4.32 Plain clothed cops chat out side the building while normal cops with crowbars show up.
4.49 Riot cops remove what looks like a metal bed frame from the building then they throw out a bed mattress. Possibly used to block the door..
4.52 Its all very quiet when the young guy is brought out arrested while a young girl claims, it has nothing to do with me… After standing around in a grey top for a short while a cop car pulls up and takes the arrested man away. As for the girl she was lost in the dark and crowed of coppers to say what happened to her..
"By the way, not sure of the time after 2 maybe? A cop picks up a small green food waste recycle bin from no12 and another guy puts something in side it. The cop then takes it up the hill?"

In celebration of Earth Day, 300 Kimball's landscaper donated a crab apple tree, which was planted in the front of the building. In addition, an Earth Day event for tenants was held in the employee lobby. Tenants received handouts about the information from Waste Management, an Earth Day trivia quiz and also an Earth Day flyer, which outlined tips tenants could do in their homes to conserve energy. Tenants also received free giveaways from Waste Management that were distributed, and four gardening baskets were raffled off.
Transwestern staff manned our Earth Day booth in the Legacy Oaks Tower. Tenants were contacted by e-mail and encouraged to stop by the booth for information and to participate in an Earth Day Contest. The contest was a “What’s Your Green IQ” quiz, and the first and second place winners received LED light bulbs.
At the booth, tenants received information provided by Transwestern and City Public Service, San Antonio’s Energy Utility Company. They also had questions concerning energy savings initiatives answered.

My TV aerial went down on December the 1st 2011 and still its not been f#### fixed. Only too see this is like rubbing salt into the would. More so when your f### TV license needs to be renewed by the end of the month.

As you can see the lead from below this window has been ripped away. I only just spotted this and can only guess it happed recently or last night.
Every where you go these days all you see is stolen lead and the destruction of property. Just so that someone can get a pittance for their crimes as the real criminal, the scrap merchants make a fortune destroying our country like urban terrorists…
We waited years for the gutter to be cleaned. The scaffolding's went up, but we were missed out. They came back and now a huge chunk of sandstone has been broken from my top window cill through carelessness on the part of the scaffolds.
The question is? Will they fucking fix it!
The scam that is PPI the cheap alternative & cost cutting scam while hiking up people peoples rents for shoddy workmanship.

My next doors neighbor told me, where MEERS drill into their wall, water is now coming into their flat. When I spoke to the guys about it they said. We dont drill into your sill but they did like my neighbor.
PPi is all about passing as well as saving a buck at our expense folks. If its council property it should be done by council workers as they would be held responsible as well as face they sack for shoddy work being done after inspection. So their more likely to do the job right!
You should always photograph before and after any work is done just to be on the right side of the law.

Councils all over the place are in the papers these days where residents are slagging them off for not emptying the dust bins. Tomorrow it just so happens is when our dins are emptied to which today is when they all go out. Though as you can see and I’m pretty f#### sure. Those two bins where removed from below my window where there now being used to prop up keep clear signs.
So if I drag them back will I be arrested and If I eave them their will they be emptied. Plus how long will they be there more so since the holiday season isn’t far away and with all the crap people buy in the form of packaging. Then these bins need to be emptied and made ready for all that seasonal waste to come.
By the way is this even legal..

I passed these bins today and yes they've been taken from my close. Ourhave the number of our building scrated into the lid plus their still half full of trash and the dustmen are gone.
Today saw the same people clibing over fences and hanging around the street.
