Riot Cops in stand off in Clavering street
12.50 The police are in Clavering St where some guy called ####### has barricaded himself inside his home.
1.30 Two big police vans wait down the hill.
1.34 People starts shouting….
1.37am. A black car with a plain clothed cop arrives and looks over paper work with other officers.
1.47 There are 6 cop cars, two big vans, 1 normal van, a black car down the hill while up hill there are 2 cars, coppers and public.
2.19 The riot cops arrive and take up positions at the front back of the building under ###### window while the rest enter close. This while I’m told 1 ambulance & 3 fire brigade are parked on Well St.
2.25 The police move people away from the buildings..
2.33 A guy on phone to ###### starts shouting, “open the f### door” as he’s dragged back by the police and public as he tries to move to the building…
2.38 There is lots of dog barking as the same man shouting, I’ll go in for him while being restrained…
3.32 A police van pulls up in Gallacher close as coppers with battering rams show up. This while firemen, the police and others hang around the street watching in the cold.
3.36 The sound of banging comes from the building..

Old blown out capacitor covers are placed over the two new ones to prevent future dripping.
This is a gas boiler and the gutter and water damage from years of leaking some how isn't a
reason or a health and safety threat to mandatory force through urgently needed repairs.
People die from carbon monoxide poisoning. So placing old covers over these new capacitors

Once again No3 clavering street was hit by another fire much like No5 next door as you can see from the burnt out window frame. One person told me a man guy was pulled from the building and taken away. I never say this and have no idea if that’s true. Three fire engines where on the scene as the police quickly moved back. Myself being one but was allowed too take some limited shots as I promised to move on quickly.

SEVEN COP CARS AND PLAIN CLOTH COPPERS SWOOP ON CLAVERING STREET.
Around 7.20pm January 28th the west end was awash with police syringes. As I looked out the window coppers where ruing towards No12 from all directions and the street filled with panda cars to which I counted 7.
I could see in the building entrance across the road where someone was being arrested. The street filled with people, mostly coppers to which many where plain clothed.
As to what It was all about is anyone’s guess.

Yet another fire hits the same building the public are now asking. Why are our buildings being left to rot by absentee landlords and other shenanigans.
Its time one person said. To take these public buildings back after a year or less if there left empty rotting and without security.
What a waste!
Any future fire that gets hold and the wind is blowing down hill. Those living in those flats and business below face hard ship if this building isn't forcibly taken over by the people to preserve Scotland's heritage.

Property 4U have made many a life in Clavering street unbearable to live here, to which one Scots woman demand a move from the council as a result of this Muslim landlords tenants.
I myself have endured endless noise and threats while the back garden to took care of, they ignored to maintain.
Not so long ago during the EU elections my garden rake was stolen like other stuff started going missing. So I set up a camera and captured No9 Clavering st newly housed private tenants go through my back garden stealing stuff.
The video was dark and as I viewed it I was disgusted to see the mother go through my bins which I told her to get to f####. I should have contacted the police instead.
I’ve long suspected people who go through your bins are stealing your I.D.
Well Property 4U have consistently been dumping household gods and building materials without having it moved. This while overfilling council tenants bins. On january13 this all happened again and it took the housing officer till Feb 1st to have it all moved. Then only after a few days it all began to pile up and to this date its gotten worse.
I called the wardens who came out today & they told me they’d spoken to Property4u about it and could see it was worse.
The photos I took prove all of this.
Well this evening and the same day the wardens where here I noticed all the trash had been moved around, so up went the cameras and I wasn’t surprised to see the same Pakistanis where back.
No sooner had I checked the camera & put it back into record a team of them came back in the darkness.
This begs the question?
How long have they been coming into mine and other residents back gardens stealing stuff.
Are they stealing peoples I.D as well as those things not nailed down.
Why are they doing in this country & do they have criminal convictions else where for the same offences.
David Cameron’s Tory party gave the UK no EU vote yet our country has seen a massive influx of foreigners from all corners of the glob and out side the EU.
We got crime, over run and run the risk of having our ID stole and homes broken into. For if you can go through peoples trash you can surely climb through their f##### window.

To the left of this shot is a large building which was full of grass & according to the papers. Was being run by the Chinese mafia, who like terrorist have been allowed into our country. The day this building became vacant many years ago, this like we see now, should have been boarded up to protect public property from vandalism and fires.
More so since most of the damage to this building happened when Clavering street was a drug dealing hell hole that resulted in endless lawlessness on a regular basis.
So the many fires, smashed window attacks and general criminal behaviour saw a considerable dent in the police and fire brigades budgets after being called out to police a building the council should have long boarded uptight.
There’s an old saying, a stitch in time saves nine… Meaning, the cost to board up this building outweighed the hefty price of leaving it to rot at the hands of criminals….
Here’s a thought, where there are criminals and drug dealing you can bet your arse empty buildings will be targeted for the lead on the roof, the copper pipes and wiring. While being used as a drug den and not to mention an amusing fire to watch as it burns down.
But if the plans are to rip down all these old buildings, then what better way to let the criminals do it for you while the public demand we pull down our heritage.

The day this building became vacant many years ago, this like we see now, should have been boarded up to protect public property from vandalism and fires.
More so since most of the damage to this building happened when Clavering street was a drug dealing hell hole that resulted in endless lawlessness on a regular basis.
So the many fires, smashed window attacks and general criminal behaviour saw a considerable dent in the police and fire brigades budgets after being called out to police a building the council should have long boarded uptight.
There’s an old saying, a stitch in time saves nine… Meaning, the cost to board up this building outweighed the hefty price of leaving it to rot at the hands of criminals….
Here’s a thought, where there are criminals and drug dealing you can bet your arse empty buildings will be targeted for the lead on the roof, the copper pipes and wiring. While being used as a drug den and not to mention an amusing fire to watch as it burns down.
But if the plans are to rip down all these old buildings, then what better way to let the criminals do it for you while the public demand we pull down our heritage.
Its called conquer and divide while the political masterminds don’t need to worry about the back lash from those who would rather see these old buildings kept instead of the shoe box size brick soulless crap sprouting up all over the place costing way to much for so f#### little.

The Transwestern Management Team celebrated Earth Day this year with our tenants in the building lobby. It was a festive atmosphere with free food, plenty of giveaways and enthusiastic vendor and tenant participation. Our Earth Day program was designed to highlight the sustainable practices of the building while providing tenants with resources to make their homes and communities more sustainable. The Tenants were very complementary of the management staff for our efforts to celebrate and do our part to preserve the Earth and our local community. Some of the highlights include:
•Total Quality, our cleaning contractor participated in the festivities by giving away microfiber cloths and environmentally neutral cleaning products. They were excited to talk about the green practices that are in place here at 2020 K Street from their recycling efforts to using environmentally friendly cleaning products.
•Ruppert Landscaping, our exterior landscaper participated by providing landscaping tips and distributed herbs and vegetable plants. Tenants had their choice of eggplant, cherry tomato, peppers, sweet peppers, thyme, rosemary and basil plants.
•Waste Management participated in the festivities with a table and various giveaways. Representatives were on hand to answer any Tenant questions and to bring awareness to the recycle program and services. For education, they used a video showing the process from when recyclables enter the dumpster to their final destination at the WM facility.
•The Transwestern Management Team held a drawing to win preloaded SmartTrip Metro cards to encourage the use of public transit. A healthy snack bar including juices and organic snacks was also provided for Tenants to enjoy. The Transwestern Management Team was on hand to answer any questions in regards to the sustainable practices used at the building.
•During the event, old cell phones and accessories were collected and donated to Secure the Call, a non-profit organization which repairs and (if necessary) reprograms the telephones and distributes them to senior citizen homes and battered woman’s shelters.
•As a part of the event, the Transwestern Management Team also scheduled pick up times for tenants to recycle all of their unwanted e-waste. As a building we recycled 5,471 pounds of electronics.

SEVEN COP CARS AND PLAIN CLOTH COPPERS SWOOP ON CLAVERING STREET.
Around 7.20pm January 28th the west end was awash with police syringes. As I looked out the window coppers where ruing towards No12 from all directions and the street filled with panda cars to which I counted 7.
I could see in the building entrance across the road where someone was being arrested. The street filled with people, mostly coppers to which many where plain clothed.
As to what It was all about is anyone’s guess.
The police are still looking for information on this fire, where brothers Gary & William Mc???? are said to have set a wheelie bin on fire. Where they placed it in the ground floor electric cupboard at the back of the building.
The building was evacuated including a small child who could have all been murdered in their sleep. The building to this day is still boarded up.

In celebration of Earth Day, 300 Kimball's landscaper donated a crab apple tree, which was planted in the front of the building. In addition, an Earth Day event for tenants was held in the employee lobby. Tenants received handouts about the information from Waste Management, an Earth Day trivia quiz and also an Earth Day flyer, which outlined tips tenants could do in their homes to conserve energy. Tenants also received free giveaways from Waste Management that were distributed, and four gardening baskets were raffled off.
