SEVEN COP CARS AND PLAIN CLOTH COPPERS SWOOP ON CLAVERING STREET.
Around 7.20pm January 28th the west end was awash with police syringes. As I looked out the window coppers where ruing towards No12 from all directions and the street filled with panda cars to which I counted 7.
I could see in the building entrance across the road where someone was being arrested. The street filled with people, mostly coppers to which many where plain clothed.
As to what It was all about is anyone’s guess.

This is nothing new where drivers drive onto the pavement leaving their tire tracks evidence for all too see. Hell right across the road is a CCTV.
Last summer we even had a biker come up hill and do the same thing regardless of people walking out off their building and being hit by this selfishness. This while the pavement was filled with scaffolding's which he drove under.
As you can see the hump in the road is there to stop cars, so maybe its time to add a metal pole in the center of the pavement or someones going to walk out and get run over..

Around 9pm last night as the police came and went in force here in Clavering street. One woman dressed in red and white still managed to brake into no2 West from the back of the building. Where she broke one of the old style windows on the ground floor. She was later seen by neighbours climbing out the front window with a bag of the home owners dvds. They thought she lived there and never suspected a thing. One neighbour pointed out his house was also broken into a few weeks ago. Everyone believes all these crimes are drug related, which continue to blight the west end Buddies value of life.
One other person said, The woman was seen crouching down behind the bins when a police van went by. She left stolen goods on top of the outside bins before she headed for Ferguslie park. As another neighbour pointed out. It’s much easer to sell on DVDs as electrical goods have serial numbers.
A body was found in well street today where a police presence still remains. As for the cause of death no one is fully sure so I won’t interject the rumors going around.

46 year old Benny Flynn of Well St Paisley is believed to have been killed while attempting to climb his back wall to gain a foothold onto the scaffolding up to the window after locking himself out off the flat.
The Transwestern Management Team celebrated Earth Day this year with our tenants in the building lobby. It was a festive atmosphere with free food, plenty of giveaways and enthusiastic vendor and tenant participation. Our Earth Day program was designed to highlight the sustainable practices of the building while providing tenants with resources to make their homes and communities more sustainable. The Tenants were very complementary of the management staff for our efforts to celebrate and do our part to preserve the Earth and our local community. Some of the highlights include:
•Total Quality, our cleaning contractor participated in the festivities by giving away microfiber cloths and environmentally neutral cleaning products. They were excited to talk about the green practices that are in place here at 2020 K Street from their recycling efforts to using environmentally friendly cleaning products.
•Ruppert Landscaping, our exterior landscaper participated by providing landscaping tips and distributed herbs and vegetable plants. Tenants had their choice of eggplant, cherry tomato, peppers, sweet peppers, thyme, rosemary and basil plants.
•Waste Management participated in the festivities with a table and various giveaways. Representatives were on hand to answer any Tenant questions and to bring awareness to the recycle program and services. For education, they used a video showing the process from when recyclables enter the dumpster to their final destination at the WM facility.
•The Transwestern Management Team held a drawing to win preloaded SmartTrip Metro cards to encourage the use of public transit. A healthy snack bar including juices and organic snacks was also provided for Tenants to enjoy. The Transwestern Management Team was on hand to answer any questions in regards to the sustainable practices used at the building.
•During the event, old cell phones and accessories were collected and donated to Secure the Call, a non-profit organization which repairs and (if necessary) reprograms the telephones and distributes them to senior citizen homes and battered woman’s shelters.
•As a part of the event, the Transwestern Management Team also scheduled pick up times for tenants to recycle all of their unwanted e-waste. As a building we recycled 5,471 pounds of electronics.

In the car park behind Well St a caravan was being distinguished when I looked out the window around 7.13pm. Two fire engines where on the scene along with the police who where talking to someone. I have no idea what happened or if it was started deliberately.

Polish Campers “Accident or Arson”

Roomers going around the west end his morning have two Polish guys illegally living in the caravan, in the car park behind Well St. A small car park meant only for residents of Clavering street is constantly being used by others.
One Person said, “They where told the two guys had electric cables running right into the caravan from the neighboring flats that are full of Polish people. They never take out their bins and the council are forever cleaning up the back garden mess. The Police even not so long ago removed loads of untaxed Polish drivers cars”
It’s said, another resident who looks after one of the back doors in Well St is sick or picking up their mess. While another residents life has been destroyed by 5am screams from an unruly child, yet complaints have failed to stop the noise. Just like the brick wall was re-grouted only to be picked off by the children, who climb onto residents cars to get into the back gardens.
It looks like the patients of the West end buddies has snapped and the influx of Polish families has taken their unwanted toll on most of the people around the west end.
As for last nights fire is anyone’s guess as to how it happened. Accident or arson is nothing compared to the heated feelings we have in the West end of Paisley these days….
Put it this way, if the UK government gave the people a vote on going into the EU. I fear they already know the answer and that’s why they will undemocratically never give you one as the answer would be an over whelming, No! to the EU!

The water is caused by condensation and these floors and get wet and slippy. So much so when a new mother complained the building lights had been out for three weeks. Plus the security door was no longer working, leaving her unsafe to come up the pitch dark stares in a sheer once littered by needles and junkies knife wielding thieves. She was told by the council
"Since you have two private landlords the repairs may take longer".
THREE FUCKING WEEKS OF TOTAL DARKNESS AND HOW NO ONE SLIPPED
AND FELL DOWN THESE STAIRS AGAIN COMES DOWN TO SHEER LUCK!
That would have been a lawsuit and yet more council tax payers money wasted for the sake of fixing it their and then.
So 6 council tenants, one a new mother with a baby are being neglected simply because we have two private one foreign landlord whose damage my flat 5x. Neglected to watch the building rot around our heads.
