The new flag of the USNA. This time with the proper amount of stars & such. The maple leaf represents all of Canada, the stars are the US states we've got.
So, my first proper dive after getting my PADI Open Water and 'm diving with the biggest fish on the planet! Not a bad way to start...

It took a good deal more liquid than called for on the box - about 1/4 cup - to get the dough to come together at all. But it did - and I could finally shape it into logs for baking.

A few months back, I learned the proper way to run the three top-tube cables on a Bontrager: front derailleur on the right, brake in the middle, and rear derailleur on the left, routed under the wishbone seat stay. So today I rejiggered them to be just like that.

non-interchangeable lens but definitely an SLR, the IS-200 is often seen as a bridge between compacts and ‘proper' cameras. In fact it is an extremely effective compromise giving all the good points of a full SLR in a single box. no exposure compensation or bracketing is possible but otherwise a versatile solution to the ‘better quality but not to complex' problem.

It's so rare to have a proper lightning storm here in the NW, I just couldn't pick just one from last night's storm, so I narrowed it down to this small selection and treated each differently in post. Of the 5, there is only 1 that I couldn't describe as "how it really looked" even though the color processing on each was intentionally done differently.
Which one looks best to you?
