I took this photo at Red Jacket Trail around sunset. For this photo I wanted to make it look like a painting. I also wanted to make it look a little spookier. I turned the texture and dehaze up while turning the clarity down. I also turned the vibrance to the minimum and turned saturation to the max. I also turned the contrast up and the highlights down far.
Day 17 - Ready // There could be nothing more worthy of today's photo than my cat binder. Everything I need is in here such as my schedules, budget and any notes I need to take. It even has passwords and daily reminders. I think I would be lost without this.

oh, so i learned again to always carry the camera...there was an awesome ting for today's prompt but i did not have my camera to snap and by the time i went back it was gone. but...on my weekly trip to target, there it was...a techno ball in the parking lot..i snapped away...i just love that store!

This weeks prompt is 'Vintage'. My mom left me some amazing vintage bling. The moonstone necklace is my absolute favorite. I even wear it occasionally. But the box in which I keep all the glitter holds much more beautiful things I love.

These little tomato cans I use on a regular basis. I also have put them filled with candles in the window sill. Because they are so small they are kind of cute.
The prompt today reminded me of a song years ago sung on Barney. "If all the raindrops were lemondrops and gumdrops, oh what a rain that will be. Standing outside with my mouth open wide...." Maddening when you can't get what's in your head translated to the page. Will come back to it later....
