www.trttrailersales.com/index.php/trailers/trailers-for-sale If you want to promote your brand on the move by getting out there and showing off your products in the city center with a street team, attending meets and events, or even just having your logo out there on the road, then getting custom trailers made up is a great idea. What better way to make sure that thousands of people see your brand than by having a trailer decorated with your logo, and taking it on the highways?

Baku, Azerbaijan - Public hearings on the Civil Service Code Draft with a focus on capacity development issues were held on April 12, 2016. The event was organized within the framework of the joint project “Support to the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in implementation of the Institutional Reform Plan within the comprehensive Institutional Building Programme”, funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Azerbaijan.
The objective of the public hearings is to increase public awareness about the Civil Service Code Draft, to ensure its transparency, to generate dialogues with involvement of NGOs and civil societies, to get both general and specific feedback from a broad group of participants and to promote and facilitate the approval of the Code.
The Civil Service Code Draft is developed by Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with aim to improve current legislation on civil service and eliminate gaps in existing legislation.
The Code consists of 7 Parts, 26 Chapters and 146 Articles. The UNDP project conducted a review and analysis of all Chapters and Articles,
stipulating management and delivery of trainings, re-trainings and professional development of civil servants, identified the gaps impeding the development of the professional civil service and developed a set of recommendations that were incorporated to the draft.
The improved legislation, namely the Civil Service Code Drafts, will increase the quality and reliability of public services and will support the continuing professional development of civil servants. It will create an efficient, responsive, transparent and accountable public administration and will lead to effective governance which is aligned with the country’s strategic vision and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
