The calm following a storm over the Valley in December. We've been having plenty of unseasonable weather.
Lens was a Promaster Spectrum 7 19-35mm f/3.5-4.5, by Cosina.
Focal length at 19mm and aperture from f/8 to f/16.
A surprisingly sharp wide angle 'plastic fantastic' zoom.

Dusted off one of my beloved manual lenses, the Auto ProMaster MC 28mm f/2.8, and was reminded once again of it's sharpness and precision.

無招無式是種最高境界的修煉風範，
此時此刻無聲勝有聲。

蓮花一直是東方哲學與禪宗思想中的重要象徵，它生長於污泥卻綻放純淨，寓意著超越困境的智慧，影像中的白荷花與虛化的花苞是想要表達「現在與未來」隔空交錯，正好呼應禪宗的無常正如生命本質在於流動而非靜止，因為無常所以更需要把握當下的所見。透過 PROMASTER 135mm f2.8 MC 長焦鏡頭捕捉，利用視角窄能創造空間壓縮的特性，讓前景盛開的荷花與背景含苞的花蕊更添緊密，兩者並存於同一畫框中，如同世代交替生命不斷向前流動的輪迴，這樣的影像不僅是一幅單純靜態的花卉攝影，而是一場視覺的沉思，暗示著存在的哲學。
--- 影像融合了禪學的無常哲學與日本浮世繪的前後構圖對比，使影像不僅是畫意上的美感，更是形成一場虛實交錯的視覺意象。
--- 水墨畫講究遠近對比，透過長焦壓縮使兩個不同階段的荷花成為視覺焦點，正如文人畫中的山水層次，讓影像承載更深的哲思。
--- 中國繪畫經常利用留白讓畫面具備流動感，虛化的背景使荷花與含苞花蕊在消光的背景中交融，這與水墨畫的「疏可走馬，密不透風」的構圖勘可比擬。
當我駐足凝視這朵綻放的白色荷花時，適時的挪移腳步並屈膝微蹲，恰好發現荷花交疊感受到它們的存在感極為強烈，彷彿正處於生命的最高潮，背景中的含苞花蕊則帶著未來的氣息，未開但早已蘊藏著下一場生命流逝輪迴的伏筆，歌川廣重認為「浮世繪的精髓，是讓日常的短暫美，成為永恆的畫面記憶。」融合了中國水墨畫的留白與日本浮世繪的張力，這一刻收存的正是東方繪畫的層次感與敘事性，使攝影不只是技術展現，而是一場光影流動的巧妙凝結，是禪見的瞬間也是禪偈的迴響。

The Ram Promaster City was introduced for the 2015 model year. It's a badge engineered version of the Fiat Doblò, on the market in Europe since 2010. This one has a 2.4 litre engine, not available on the Fiat version.

Our new puppy is a Standard Poodle we have named Hud, after our favorite baseball color commentator Rex "Wonderdog" Hudler.
Right now he's really into sleeping, and we better enjoy it while we can because at 10 weeks old and about 15lbs, I predict he's going to be a beastly young man.

Had a photo shoot with my friend Autumn today :D First time I took pics of her :3
Was an eventful shoot. My umbrella fell over a few times and got bent >.< it didn't want to stand on the hill we where trying to take pics on. Then my lens that I wasn't using at the time rolled down the hill we where on. It's fine just got a little dirty.
But all in all was a good shoot :D
