This was the movie projector from the Cabri Hall (now the Cabri Museum) and dates back to around 1946. It showed movies for almost 50 years, until the theatre became unprofitable and closed in the mid-1990s.

Overhead projectors were used to replace the chalkboard. The instructor did not have to erase the information but only had at change the transparency sheet and reuse it for the next class.

This is a pico projector attached to an iPhone. Pretty awesome way to watch my downloaded movies! This pico projector was made by Aaxa Tech and is called the P2.
My flatmate had a projector from his work at home tonight. We don't have anything suitable to actually project onto, so he covered the bookshelf in the lounge with a sheet.
This projector is made of casette player and walkman parts, some mirors and cheap chinese laser pointer. Everything is positioned freehand and glued in place with hotglue. This is work in progress. Still comming, separate speed and direction regulation for both motors, and sound to laser modulation.
The projectors from the Palace Cinema, James Street, Arbroath, pictured not long before the building was demolished in late 1992, to make way for housing. Does anyone know if they were salvaged?

Lit 3x with off camera flash; Canon 580EX-II, placed just out of sight, manually triggered and fitted with a Lumiquest Utrabounce diffuser and individually gelled to give the 3 colours.

The projector is on the KVM with that monitor. The mouse and keybord are wireless and work anywhere in the room.
We decided to do a Dr. Seuss nursery for our son who'll be born in August. We borrowed a projector from a friend who works at a school to draw the main characters and freehanded the rest. I'm really hyped on the way it turned out. We don't have a named picked out yet, so if you have any suggestion feel free to share.(-:
