Project Results delivers a range of tailored project services to both public and private sector organisations founded on strategic project management principles and practices. Our focus is to enable organisations to successfully achieve their organisation's goals though effective projects and programmes.

We have chosen to base our services on the internationally recognised PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP and Gateway Review methods which underpin our work with clients. We believe these methods are frameworks which can be applied in any organisational context from the development and selection of projects through to their delivery and monitoring.
Our approach is to understand the nature and context of your business and your strategic context, and tailor these industry standard techniques to best meet the needs and requirements or your organisation.
We have experience in meeting a range of client situational needs, from major strategic change and transformation programmes to coaching and mentoring in small specific projects. We enjoy working across organisations and assisting with strategic alignment, business change and operational integration, to enable the organisation to achieve successful outcomes.
To ensure that our clients are provided with best practices in all areas, we have formed collaborative partnerships with a number of other consulting firms whose areas of specialty complement ours.
