The first sign that the end is nigh? End of our grad programs, that is! Steve graduates officially this weekend. My ceremony is sometime in June. I'm not exactly sure when because I'm not going to the ceremony. Some people think that's awful, but it's actually a present to myself. I HATE SITTING STILL! I am really bad at it, in fact. So, I'm not doing it. What's important is that I get the degree, am I right? Anyway, my parents are having a joint graduation party for us on June 8th. We are leaving for Europe (if things go okay for us heath wise...cross those fingers) that same night! Anyway. Here are the invitations. I picked them out myself. I didn't put our last names on there. DUH! Leave it to me, I guess.
According to LOST VILLAGES OF THE CATSKILLS this small cemetery contains seven graves 1809-1852. Most are marked with simple fieldstone slabs.
Garden visitors today included this lovely couple from London, Ontario. They were enjoying the Rock Garden and were happy to pose for the camera.

Monday was the start of hopefully, the last week of the catalog at the design job. I don't really remember my last day off, but I know for sure I am taking this Sunday off. I had to surrender to a few minutes of quiet in between jobs on the press.
In an earlier burst of craftiness, I made this wine cork wreath. Must drink more wine to make more projects! I'm willing to do whatever it takes for my art. :)
